MBAD6073 Organizational/Behavior Theory

Offered: Classroom & Online

Course Description:

This course offers an in-depth study of the distinctly human dimensions of management and management systems within organizations. The course begins at the micro level of the individual and teams. This micro level is then integrated into the study of increasingly complex organizational systems. Students are required to read, synthesize, and evaluate the current literature. Through case analysis and problem solving, the course also emphasizes applications that relate real work problems to current thought for the purpose of increasing organizational effectiveness and developing high performance work groups (teams) in an increasingly diverse and global business climate.
